Unit Export Limited has just completed the successful commissioning and handover of a mobile Drilling Rig to Vanuatu in the South Pacific.
The project involved sourcing a suitable heavy duty 4×4 Isuzu Chassis through the local distributor in Vanuatu, the design and construction of the drill rig body from the UK manufacturer and the supply of a large compressor unit from the USA. All components were shipped directly to Port Villa where the assembly and commissioning of the unit was overseen and completed by engineers from Vanuatu, the manufacturer and a representative from Unit Export.
